  • No Refund or Exchange on Custom Garments/Made To Order Items.
  •  Exchanges are accepted for up to 10 days following delivery.  (For Example, your item delivered Jan 1st, your return package must be received by us, no later than Jan 10th.)
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges. 
  • No cancellations/refunds on already placed orders.
  • No switching/swapping items on completed orders.
  • Items that come with undergarments, leotards, etc are items that CAN NOT be exchanged.
  • No Refund/Exchange of SALE ITEMS 
  • In the event you have any issues with an item of clothing, or would like to exchange an item of clothing , contact us, PRIOR TO WEARING/ALTERING ANY ITEMS at  within 10 following delivery. Any inquiries about exchanges/issues more than 10 days after delivery will not be considered for exchanges. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this.
  • Exchanges will not be considered on any items that are received back to us with any stains or damage, so we suggest that you do not try on any items while wearing makeup or heavy amounts of deodorant.
  • Swimwear, Accessories, Socks, Stockings, Bodysuits purchases are final sale.
  • Only one exchange will be considered per clothing order. ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL.
  • Items with tags and/or labels removed will not be eligible for exchange.


1.  Be within the exchange time frame: 10 days from delivery date

2. Please look online for the size and color of the item you are wanting. If the item is sold out , please look for secondary options.

3. All returns must include a note. The note must state 4 things

- Order Number

- Reason for the return

- The item(s), color, and size you want to exchange it for

- Current email address and phone number

4. Lastly, take your item and your note to the shipping facility of your choice ( USPS, UPS, Fedex) and purchase a shipping label. You can reuse the original shipping packaging or use the shipping facilities packaging. Please keep your receipt with the tracking information.

5. Now that your item is shipped, once delivered it will be processed through the returns department. Your tracking number is stating that the item is delivered, please wait 3-5 business days to contact us if you have not been contacted prior.

6. Within those 3-5 business days, you will receive either 

    - Exchange invoice for the same item/ different size (you chose the same item but a new size, you will only pay for shipping)

    - Store Credit Code (Codes do expire after 2 weeks)

    - Exchange invoice for a completely different item (you chose an item, was emailed an invoice for the new item) which may include the difference if your item is more expensive and shipping.

  • We do not provide Return Labels
  • We do not do Refunds
  • We are not responsible for lost packages (contact the shipping carrier for concerns/ updates)
  • Sets must be sent back as full sets (Top and Bottom) Your exchange will be denied if otherwise.
  • Please send back with the name that will be found under the Order Number
