Shipping policy
Please be aware that all orders are processed within 48 hours excluding Made To Order Items/Custom Orders.( NOT including weekends, sales, & holidays)
- Ready To Ship (R2S)-Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after purchase.
-Made To Order (M2O)- Every item is custom made with special attention to details for each individual size and color selection. Please allow UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS to process and ship your order. Every item description will have a shipping timeframe. Custom request & exclusive garments may require additional process/shipping time.Once item is finished and shipped out you will receive a email with your tracking number.
If ordering for a event please ask before purchase if the order can be received in time without additional payment. Last minute knowledge of due date require additional expedited fee.

- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
- If you have had issues with the postal service, we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments. You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a delay with shipping.
All orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Signature is required upon delivery of all customs orders/ made to order items. Please be aware of your tracking updates and arrange for you/somone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
Jai Sims Collections is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses ( the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to)
